   Beyond the basic fears that are in all of us, why are we taught to fear, why does fear need to be expanded?

     Stronger people use fear to manipulate weaker people to get what they want. Politicians use religion as a way to control people. Not just Confucianism and Islam. Christianity isn’t as bad as it was, because many people are no longer bound by a “book” and are finding their personal relationship with God.So politicians needed to find other ways.

     STILL, fear is natural and protects us. The trick is to control fear, not the reverse.

       Fear is natural and needs to be controlled but it does not protect us, caution protects us. I see fear as a negative emotion.
       Fear clouds judgement, rational and logical thought. Fear causes one to make wrong decisions, and often leads to panic.
       It needs to be self analyzed because others do not cause it, we do it to ourselves. It inhibits us.
