Later work, but not recent.  I had seen how many artists in the Renaissance had done their version of the Annunciation. This image is to me the essence of the idea. I often try to portray the essential component of a message in a simple way. Here is a kiss of love. The egg is the epitome of the potential of the human race.  The mouth also represents the Logos. It is yang, masculine, and full of creative sperm. The mouth simultaneously informs as it impregnates. Delicious!
