When we are unable to speak up.  This is one of my most powerful images and means a lot to me. In Asia, I was struck by the powerlessness of women. They could not say no. Because of their culture. This is a nice woman, a housewife, who will die from AIDS given to her by her husband. She cannot refuse anything. She is terrified and so angry, but it is hidden. NOT NOW.
